Hi, I'm Aileen!
I'm looking forward to meeting you! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia providing virtual counseling services. I have over a decade of experience working with college students, parents, and adult individuals with a variety of backgrounds and concerns. I'd love to connect and work together to create a happier, healthier life.

I grew up on Long Island, NY and moved to Northern Virginia in 2009. In my free time I enjoy reading, tending to my house plants, walks with friends, and going on adventures with my husband and two children.

Special Fact: My favorite place is Sebago Lake, Maine. I visit every summer and love creating new memories each year.​
